Lage gut, mitten in der Stadt. Parkmöglickeiten gegenüber sind vorhanden. Das Hotel ist sehr laut. Ich werde mir 2x überlegen dort nochmals zu übernachten.

good but an odd combination of features

The hotel itself is very nice; it would get a very high rating if it didn't have a few quirks, such as: (1) the booking system did not work; we booked online but when we showed up the manager had no clue and could not access our booking (maybe hotels.com should be blamed). (2) the elevator did not work; (3) the first set of room keys did not work; (4) there was only 1 person in charge of the breakfast and she was quite overworked. On the plus side, the room was very nice, spacious, and modern. The shower was nice although it had an odd horizontal rocket style shower (on top of the vertical one :). Good breakfast, not vastly diverse but good, nice breakfast area. Only street parking. Quite affordable.

Hyfsat hotell till resonabelt pris

Ankom sent efter att ha vandrat hela dagen. Bokade hotellet från mobilen ute på vischan. Mottogs med öppna armar av en receptionist som fixade varm mat klockan 23:30 fast restaurangen stängde 22! Men det betyder inte att hotellet är mer än ok utan att det finns människor i servicebranschen som bryr sig och som ser vad andra människor behöver :)

The hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was a bit sparse with just coffee, juice, croissant or baguette on the menu. Could have done with some cereal and fruit

it is not a 4 star hotel

The room are not so nice as on the picture: some lights are not working, the shower water is suddendly hot, suddenly cold, no water pressure in the toilet, the TV screen is too small, the room is over heated without possibility to deacrease the temperature, the breakfast is really poor! sorry for all these bad points but I would not advice this hotel.

Impressions mitigées: lavabo dans la chambre, pas d'eau chaude, mauvaise connection internet dans la chambre. Accueil indifférent à l'arrivée, pas très courtois au départ (pas la même personne).

Teniendo en cuenta que es el único hotel potable en Igualada, no está nada mal. El servicio comparable a los de la misma cadena.

Se puede mejorar muchos aspestos por ejemplo los chorros de ducha estan atascados de cal el economizador de agua no esta y la vestimenta de las camas que parecia que estabamos en la mili con mantas militares etc....

Problème de chambres

La chambre premium est une chambre plus grande car adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite. La salle de bain se trouve dans la même pièce que la chambre sans aucune séparation mais cet hôtel reste pratique.

A comfortable, very conveniently placed hotel

I found the hotel comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The "industrial" design of the rooms will not be to everyone's taste, but I found it refreshingly different. My only quibbles are that the television did not offer all the channels promised in the directory and the room phone did not work. Also, room service was promised but there was no menu to be found anywhere in the room. On Saturday I enjoyed an excellent buffet breakfast in the restaurant, but on the other days of the week I had to go to the cafeteria, where a cheerful and kindly waitress brought me whatever I wanted, which was usually a crunchy jamón baguette and a delicious wholegrain croissant plus coffee and mineral water. On the whole it was a very agreeable hotel, with some room for improvement.

Not good

The room felt like to be in a garage. Same type of floor as in a garage and everything was made of metal. The staff was very unfriendly and interrupted our breakfast accused us for not paying for the breakfast. The waitress went around slaming doors and chairs while starring irritating at us. The hole breakfast felt very uncomftible. I do not recommend this hotel.
