"I liked the location, very convenient to everything. The AC needs cleaning, mold can be seen on and in the AC unit. The curtains/blinds are old, mildew and needs replacing. The carpet needs cleaning as well due to the order."

"The hotel is in a great location. My King Suite was spacious. It was clean and very comfortable. The on site restaurant was a bust. I guess it is a modern layout, but it didn’t gel with us. It was made more uninviting by the person behind the counter coughing in her hand when we were offered service. We excused ourselves and went to the Copper Canyon which was located nearby."

"I like that a refrigerator, microwave, and ironing board and iron are provided. I was able to keep my groceries and drinks cold. The staff is very helpful. The bed is super comfy. I did not like that there is an extra charge for a maid. $10 dollars every time you check in, because it is an extended stay, and do to my unique circumstances, I have to check in twice a week. It adds up"

"The hotel property and staff were great. The service at the clubhouse restaurant was terrible. We didn’t get one of our meals until after everyone ese was already finished and had to ask to have it removed from the bill. Otherwise the hotel was lovely but the dining experience was sub par."

"The front desk staff was helpful, cheerful, and welcoming! The room was spacious and clean, with a convenient refrigerator, microwave, and single-serve coffee maker. The morning breakfast had plenty of options, and the food and variety were very good. The seating area itself was a bit run-down, with the leather-like upholstery worn and in need of replacement. Overall, the stay was pleasant!"
