"Room was cleaned everyday. The facilities were a bit old. Great location, close to the station"

"This is a typical older business hotel. The facilities are a bit dated and the room looks old, but the bed is comfortable and everything was clean. The public bath and breakfast buffet are nice bonuses. For the price, I have no complaints. I would stay again."

"Unique and wonderful place. Outstanding service."

"Our stay at the Ryokan Tsuchi to Ito was nothing short of a dream. The ryokan itself is beautiful with gorgeous details and comfort in every corner. The host, Kimi, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for, and provided wonderful recommendations as we spent our days exploring Nagano. "This place is so authentic. It was a true gem of a Japanese experience for our family. We loved everything about it: hospitality, clean rooms, beautiful views, natural spring style onsens… Highly recommend!"

"初め所で静な場所、料理が美味しいかったです。ありがとうございます。"

"真的不行，住宿附近沒有餐廳、 房間不整潔 枕頭有頭髮 地墊有野咬 開冷氣關窗，仍然聽到牛蛙在叫。 除非你是熱愛露營人士，否則不要選擇！ 題外話，入住當日遇上前台脾氣不好，遇上很差的體驗"

"Nice"

"The service which the hotel provided was very good. But the location where the hotel situated was inconvenient. I loved the bathroom at first floor."
