Table clothes in the restaurant unclean, the room, not the cleanest- infact the kettle in my room had corn inside--how!! "

"The wheat baker staff are incredible, professional to a hilt and warm and friendly. I arrived in shock to realise that the swimming pool and gym were under reconstruction and the view from my executive suite was an active construction site. The Manager and front desk staff patiently explained that Expedia was aware and it was on their direct site.
