The host was just as wonderful, always available if needed and went out of her way to make us feel at home and bringing breakfast in the mornings. Would definitely recommend."

But when in the morning we went to breakfast the lighting was low.so we couldn't see well what was available and the cereal was by the counter and on the table was bread and some cake with no names on the display just for drinks. "We found the location to be inconvenient, not located near a train station with a few shuttle options though the shuttles seemingly don't run on Sundays? Breakfast options were okay but did cost per person. We spent some time sitting around the pool relaxing and actually got locked out of the hotel. Took some time to get attention of an employee to be let back in, though they did not unlock the doors so we propped them open to continue enjoying the pool area."

"Diciamo che l'unica cosa che potrebbe essere "negativa" è il fatto che la struttura nel suo complesso sia un po' datata, ma la cosa viene abbondantemente superata da quello che in cambio restituisce agli utenti: pulizia, cortesia del personale, accoglienza eccezionale, cucina fantastica (per varietà e qualità di materie prime), ubicazione (lasci la macchina in garage e ti muovi a piedi perché hai tutto a due passi, compresa la Reggia). "Se fossi un francese avrei dato 5 stelle, da italiano purtroppo ho dato 4 stelle dal fatto che in una struttura italiana manca i bidè mi suona strano, la pulizia impeccabile, posto auto chiuso nella struttura gratis con cancello automatico, la zona è molto silenziosa, mentre per la colazione sono convenzionati con due bar di cui il più vicino sforna deliziosi cornetti. Consiglio questa struttura per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza nelle vicinanze della reggia di Caserta."

"Hotel a due passi dalla Reggia al interno del centro a storico, con i relativi vantaggi e svantaggi. Camere spaziose e pulite, personale attento e disponibile, buona la colazione internazionale. Possibilità di parcheggio privato videosorvegliato. Unico neo, l’ingresso, non ci sono valide ragioni per cui ancora non sia presente una scivolo, che obbliga un disabile ad entrare dal ingresso laterale."
