They don't accept Amex despite advertising that they do and you have to pay for the stay at check-in, as opposed to leaving a credit card pre-authorisation, which means you need to settle any charges separately with another transaction. "The hotel is very large, but unfortunately it is not well maintained. Our room was in poor condition: the beds were old and sagging, the sheets felt rough and worn, and the toilet lid was broken. The shower was constantly dripping, and the glass door to the balcony wouldn’t lock—even though we were on the ground floor, which felt unsafe. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, but the quality was disappointing. Fortunately, we only stayed for one night."

"Beautiful big clean rooms with amazing pool view. Room 1122 perfect location. So many lovely bars and restaurant with good quality food and drinks above your usual all inclusive. Loved them all other than found mo’s to be a bit limited for choice compared to the choice and quality in the others. Lovely beach. Nice reef although as shallow a little murky at times. But can still see loads of amazing fish. Amazing waterpark for the kids. Friendly helpful staff in reception bar and Ahmed by the pool. A stones throw from farsha can see it a few doors up from the bar in the hotel overlooking the beach and a short 10 mins walk to it. Stunning looking hotel would recommend."

"From the very first minute at check in the stay at the hotel was outlined. Reception staff and porters were very professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms in zone 7 were fantastic. Cleaners were very attentive at all times. The pool area was great as was the barman. The beach was also fantastic. The animation team, food and bar were all excellent. Lets get onto the food. The buffet which was available at all times had varied options for all. The al acarte restaurants were fabulous. In particular the asian. We were in this one a number of times during our 13 night stay. The guest relations were brilliant again nothing was to much trouble. Not that we had any real problems. All in all i would highly recommend this hotel. We will be back. Many thanks Kev, Deb, Dave and Sharon."

"Very clean, professionally staffed and managed, exceptional property location and food was a good value. Would give it a 10 star stay, except for the constant cigarette smoke at every part of the property…lobby, restaurants, drifting into rooms, at the beach. Not sure why people are still allowed to smoke anywhere in public, but in Egypt, this is still acceptable 😳"
