"Had a nice stay. As anticipated, there are alot of steps to arrive at the hotel, depending on the building. Recommendation is to travel light! No amenities other than restaurant. Again, expected. The room and bathroom were very well-maintained."

"Very disappointing experience. We could not enter the hotel access zone at Mont Saint-Michel because the required code was never sent. After three calls, someone finally answered. At reception, staff said it was our responsibility to call and get the code, even though we had no signal and had to borrow a phone. Poor communication and no willingness to help. Also, there is no elevator, and we had to carry luggage upstairs. This was not mentioned when booking."

"On est arrivé à 22h environ. quelle surprise...notre chambre avait été attribuée à une autre personne. Nous avons du attendre 45 minutes pour avoir une chambre. Pour nous faire patienter on nous propose une colation...ma femme choisi de l'eau pétillante, on lui apporte une carafe d'eau.
