"This is a new clean basic hotel in an area that has very few lodging options. However interior of hotel is noisy. In particular the doors opening and closing are very loud."

"Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The modern room was spacious, comfortable and clean. (Its small refrigerator did not have a freeze compartment, which would have been helpful for thermal packs.) On occasion, there was some sort of sharp noise (not terribly loud), which sounded like equipment or facilities. ? Have no idea what, but was curious and a bit of a nuisance. The lounge/gift shop area was attractive. Coffee options near there were great, though I feel regular coffee should be included for guests as part of room cost. I didn’t take advantage of the outdoor fire pit or the pool/hot tub but they all appeared great. The list of recommended restaurants given to me at check in included one that was permanently closed, which I found out when I drove over to it for dinner. Also, the box of tissues in the bathroom only had one left so I had to wait a bit at the front desk while a fresh box was retrieved. Overall, very good. The second time I have stayed there to visit Joshua Tree and would likely stay again."

"The bathroom is so outdated ! The sink counter is the height a child would use, not a full grown adult! Same with the toilet height - way to low for the year 2000 and beyond! "

"Parking was in front of door which I like when on my motorcycle. A/C worked properly. Check in was smooth. The motel is older by is generally well kept up. reasonable place to stay at price-point. I’d probably stay here again at the price I paid or if slightly lower, for sure."
