"The rooms were very dirty. There was hair all over the beds and in the bathrooms, and the bed sheets were stained and appeared unclean. The staff was unfriendly and provided poor customer service throughout my stay. The biggest disappointment was the pool it wasn’t working, which was the main reason I chose to book this hotel in the first place. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience and would not recommend staying here."

"Beds weren’t that comfortable. Definitely need new mattresses! Requested more towels and staff wanted to exchange them for dirty ones that we didn’t have at the moment so additional ones were not given. Coffee and water for tea were not kept hot."

They all went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable under the circumstances. The stay overall was great with the exception of not having an elevator available.
