"We had an apartment. Clean but old. Fridge had duct tape on the rubber seal, cabinet doors didn't close, sliding lanai door didn't lock. Couch was lumpy.
It's a decent place and it looks like the kids enjoyed the pool."

"This place is in poor condition, pool water as well. Staff attempted to charge me early check in without making us aware. Checked in 30 min prior to their 3:00. Attendant at desk wasn’t informative at all and made us wait out in heat while room was already turned over by house keeping. STAY AWAY !"

"Was very disappointed! Photos on web site were very misleading. Was not told housekeeping was by request! On third day we requested housekeeping/water/towels and we're assured housekeeping would do our room at 10:00am, returned at 3:00pm and room had not been touched! Went to front desk and was told they did not have a request for housekeeping! The 20 foot wide "beach" between two concrete side walls was mostly seaweed and filthy! The sunsets however were beautiful ! Would not recommend."
