Honestly, as my husband and my teen daughter were checking in, we were a bit frustrated due to how to get in the cozysuites. It was my scanning/reading over the check in details of the room and luckily my tech teen figured out how to get in the apartment block. It was a late night shift staff who was amazing as she stayed calm, I was frustrated yet she handled us with integrity!!! We would definitely want to stay there again next year!! Thank you so much for the great stay for our first time in Indianapolis!!!!!!!

The room had not been cleaned. I called the number given to me and the woman I spoke to was extremely helpful. We did have to negotiate on how to make things right. She upgraded the room because that was the only room that was left available at this location I reserve judgment to increase their rating to a five until I see the partial refund for one night credited to my credit card.

(no subject) Q QueenA to me 4 minutes agoDetails My experience with CozySuites was very unpleasant. I reserved and booked a stay with them and was unable to access the property. Which should not have happened because, after booking you receive instructions on how to use the Access code when you arrive which is supposed to be received 2 hours before arrival. Check-in was at 4:00 pm I get there and click the instructions to obtain the access

I had a pleasant stay at this clean and secure property. The included parking was a great bonus. My only complaint was the loud music from a nearby club, but it was quiet after 11 p.m., so it wasn't a major issue for me.

We liked the location of this unit on the border of a trendy area with shops, restaurants and nightlife and a quiet residential neighborhood. We were able to walk all around the downtown core, which was great and how we like to explore a city (about 1.7 miles to Lucas Oil Stadium, 1 mile to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, 1.5 miles to Indiana State Museum on the Canal Trail). The Monon Trail for running/cycling was easily accessible. The included parking space is great to have, as was the kitchen and laundry. All the kitchen and bathroom surfaces were clean. The floor’s center areas were clean, just not quite to the edges. The check-in/unit access process was well detailed and the check-out instructions clear and not onerous. This unit overlooks the outdoor/performance space of the Rathskeller next door. There is no soundproofing - you will hear every note and word of their concerts. The concerts did end promptly, but you will still hear crowd noise as they close down. If you need or want to go to sleep earlier on Friday or Saturday nights, this is probably not the place for you. The windows are also covered only by a light filtering shade - you can see out through it which made me think people outside could see in, especially at night with the lights on in the unit. This didn’t especially bother us, but I could see others wanting the privacy/room darkening of an added drape over the window. Overall, this place worked for us, and we would stay again.

The room was very nice and spacious! Very clean and great location. Very difficult check in process. Having 3 different codes to get in, not being able to use the elevator to go to the room, you had to go to the 1st floor and outside and then back in. Not easy when you are trying to bring in your luggage. Also, the building was not clearly marked. We had to ask where to go and how to find the parking garage. In the area all the streets were one ways which was difficult to navigate if unfamiliar with the area!! Would definitely stay here again now that we have everything figured out!

I liked the closeness to where I needed to be. The whole parking and check-in process was a bit tricky. Not the most comfortable couch bed to sleep on. A little noisy and too much light from the balcony door. Cute apartment. Nice bathroom. Nice amenities.

I loved my stay, the only issue I had was finding the parking garage when I arrived, but I’ve never driven in Indianapolis before so after a few circles around the block, I was able to get in. Other than this, I enjoyed the location and aesthetic of our stay.

Pros: This apartment/hotel was excellent for my party of 4 - with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining table area, and living room. It was literally 1 block away from the Murat Theatre/Old National Centre, so it was a quick/easy walk to go see a show there! If I ever see another show there, I will stay here again! All of the codes/instructions needed to access the parking garage, building, elevator, and room were daunting, but once we got the hang of it, it was easy! Felt very safe due to all the security codes required to get in! After you get in the room, they provide a fob to scan yourself in the doors - convenient! Roof deck was cool - beautiful view! Parking was included in our stay - not having to pay extra or try to find a space to park downtown was worth it! The wifi network listed for us did not work, but the owner/property manager remedied it immediately when I texted for help with it - very nice, very responsive, very attentive! Tons of restaurants to door dash from in the delivery area. Bar with live music across the street. Cons: The AC did not work well in one of the bedrooms - the living room and other bedroom cooled nicely, but the 1 bedroom remained hot - even with the door left open at night to try to let the cool air in. The couch was sized perfectly for a child to sleep on - but the pull out section under the ouch appeared to have short, white dog hair on it. Overall, excellent place! Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

the worst experience with a hotel i have ever had! and I have stayed at a place with blood stains on the wall. That said I never stayed there. I made a reservation weeks in advance, and the day I was meant to arrive I was notified my stay was canceled. the lady on the phone, while pleasant, refused to attempt to correct the problem. Very frustrating!
