House is in a subdivision , bad part of town,

Drove thru an undisirable neighborhood, unkept lawns, trash . This house the lawn and bushes were not kept up. The inside furniture was comfortable, but the carpet was very dirty and stained. The smoke alarm kept going off when we would use the broiler on the oven. No dishwasher. Not enough lights in the bedrooms, one had a desk light, one had no light, only a closet light. Updated bathroom.
