"Loved our two nights here. Rooms were gorgeous and quiet and clean. Hotel was lovely and breakfast delicious (one of the best we had in India). Location was perfect - so close to the water. Pool was a welcome relief from the heat.
Laundry was expensive."

"We stayed six nights in a Superior Suite at Villa Elixir at the end of a three-week trip to India. Sadly, it was a disappointing experience.
Our room backed onto a noisy road, the window didn’t fully close, and mosquitoes were an issue with no net provided. The pool was green on arrival, then heavily chlorinated and unusable for the rest of our stay.
Breakfast was very basic (curry, fruit, slices of white bread with butter and jam, and a flask of milk-tea and coffee), the kitchen staff were...
