When I get there, as a lone female at 10pm at night, it's nowhere near obvious where this place is and I cannot get hold of them to find out. I had to book somewhere else and Expedia have now told me I can't get a refund because they can't get hold of the property either. I'm taking it further. Do not go anywhere near this, you will be stranded, I don't even know...

"Loved this hotel. It’s in an office area twenty minutes (free) tram ride from the old town. The hotel itself is very clean, almost as new. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a good breakfast in the very comfortable restaurant. The rooms are nicely laid out with large showers and high quality extras like a Bluetooth speaker, large TV, games console and toiletries."

"We used this hotel for a stop over whilst travelling back to the UK. Usual Ibis hotel but with a larger bathroom than the normal pod type. Check in and out was straightforward and staff were pleasant. We ate in the restaurant and the chateaubriand was very good indeed, cooked a point and served with frites and a garnish of broccoli and mushrooms. We'd use this hotel again."
