All the staff were welcoming and helpful and the free breakfast was great. Dorothy looked after us really well at breakfast and was most helpful and fun. The lobby is beautifully decorated and everywhere was clean and modern.

Fabulous hotel, nearly new and such a comfortable bed. Only problem is that there is nowhere to walk out to. To go for dinner we had to get in the car and discover a great Thai restaurant.

Really great hotel.I found all the staff to be extremely helpful and very friendly.Rooms have everything you could need and the complementary laundry a real bonus.

Good experience would definitely use again

We stopped at Victoria on the road from Galveston to Corpus Christi, and chose the Best Western due to it's proximity to the Victoria Mall. On arrival, staff were very helpful, and indeed, made us feel at ease. The location was ideal; the room was well situated for us; clean and tidy; and breakfast was also very good. We like Best Westerns as they cater well for our needs, and this one didn't disappoint.

Only stayed overnight. Staff were nice and breakfast was good.

Large room, very clean. Manager very friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants and shopping. Good location on fairly quiet road. Will stay again if in area.
