"Rooms were very clean, staff was extremely friendly and breakfast buffet was very good, Only complaints, really low toilets in the bathrooms, I'm short with really bad knees and it was low for me, I can imagine someone tall trying to sit that low. They need to upgrade to chair height and there was no hot tub as advertised which was really disappointing."

"TV didn't work in the room, landscaping was ridiculous, no ice on the property even though sign in vending area said contact front office for ice. Breakfast was 4 honeybuns and stale cereal with brown bananas. This establishment should not be able to represent the name Budget Inn and suites!"

"The property was recently remodeled, freindly staff, the only thing that would have made it 100% complete is a blow dryer in the room. Just a suggestion for future guest."

"Not a very good experience. Looks like the same rag was used to clean the floor was used to clean the counters and shower. Pubic hair on the mirror and shower walls. Just to get into the room was difficult. One had to put your whole shoulder into it just to open it. The AC was loud and even louder when the compressor kicked on and would not maintain a temperature. Breakfast was over cooked and not a very good selection. Only thing good was the bed was comfortable. Don’t think I would choose this...

"Charge $50 deposit to get towels and of town was dirty then they will keep your deposit. Only clean your room every 3 days. Manager is an ass and will not even have a conversation with you. He gets mad and then tells you to leave his property when you confront him about cleaning your room and towel. Just will never do this hotel again"

"Room a/c wasn’t on when we arrived. Took a while for room to cool down. Faucet in shower was broken and leaking. Seems like it would have been easily noticed if someone was checking the rooms before guests arrived. The room was clean. The hotel was clean."

"Very clean location. Close to just about everything. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very accommodating with food on site, a gym, and an indoor outdoor pool. There is also a side that has meetings room to allow for a family gathering or party. It was warm and inviting."
