"The hotel was very clean, breakfast and dinner we had were excellent. The staff were very nice and helpful even when we had a shower issue and were moved to another room very quickly. Would opt to check for comfort room to be lodged in newer section."

"I absolutely loved this hotel and wish I was staying longer! The staff was super helpful and kind. The whole property is beautiful. It is directly next to Kurpark and walking distance to Residenzschlosses Mergentheim. Breakfast buffet was delicious and extra props to the kitchen staff that helped me with a vacuum sealed ice pack for my cooler. General things to know if you're American: 1) there doesn't seem to be any air conditioning in all of southern Germany, they privide fans for the room, 2) there also doesn't seem to be any microwaves in any hotel rooms, 3) the mini bar fridges, when available, do not have freezers, 4) I have not seen a single ice machine"

"The Owners are very friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms were clean and nice,had a great meal in the restaurant where they serve local specialities.The Breakfast was plentiful and nice had everything in a continental breakfast you could wish for. Location very peaceful and was aporeciated after a 700km drive. Can highly recommend we enjoyed our stay. James Burke"
