"We have stayed here a few times now and it's always clean, well maintained and quiet. The owner and cleaner are both helpful and friendly. There is a restaurant and gas station right next door and a general store across the street so the location is very convenient. We haven't had the chance to use the pool yet but definitely plan to on our next trip up to inglis."

"Always available when we need it and everyone is always polite. We took a dip in the pool. The bar is handy for that late night drink and some great food. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by for quick runs. We also drove more into town and had a round at the MANATEE MINI GOLF."

"We had a very pleasant two nights stay during which we were at the hotel limited amount of time, mainly to sleep. The check-in and check out staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast attendant was very cordial and congenial. However, the breakfast is a limited continental style breakfast and is really nothing to brag about. "The location of the hotel was perfect for each of the excursions we had to get to. Breakfast was yummy with a wide selection, and the pool was perfect for evening swims after coming home from the beach. The staff were amazing and so kind. I would highly recommend this property!"

"The room was NOT clean, floors were filthy, trying to get clean towels was ridiculous. Roaches and bugs in the room, My husband found a needle in the curtain. The hot tub was out of order, the guest laundry was out of order."

"We ask for a handicap accessible room and they did not have one found out later that it did not exist and it was under construction. We asked to have the second night canceled. They told us we could not do that. We had to ask Expedia . Very unhappy with the entire situation looking forward to a refund."
