"We have stayed in this hotel several times in the past, but hadn't been there recently. Our general impression of our room and some of the public areas was that it was starting to look run down and a little shabby - chipped paint, dingy carpet (public areas), older fixtures, corrosion, etc. The TV in our bedroom was enormous - too big to swivel completely for viewing in bed - and after 1/2 hour we gave up trying to use it because it seemed to be a new and very complicated operating system, and...
