"The room was small no chairs to sit on not enough room, the bathroom has no hooks or racks to hang up bathroom towels or swim suits. Most poeple go to lava for the hot pools and they really have nothing to hang up wet clothes. The motels pool was nasty looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The staff was nice and the location was great"

"Rooms were clean and nice beds. Early morning staff was not there for checkout and breakfast wasn't ready at stated time. Could use improvement of breakfast items and not enough coffee or french vanilla creamer."
