"Everything was excellent, the only thing I didnt care for was having to always put a code in to get in the room. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable of everything when I had any concerns. The restaurant was definitely a 10/10 as well. Shrimp and grits 😋. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pools. They had a variety of choices for indoor and outdoor. I will give our stay a 10/10. "

"The room and staff are just ok however, I was extremely disappointed in not having at least a free continental breakfast! Sure, you can buy breakfast for $15 but considering the price you pay to stay here, that’s ridiculous for a Four Points hotel! I’ve stayed at Four Points before and had a much better experience than this one. I will not stay here again."

"I am extremely disappointed with this property. The entire building had a strong mold and mildew smell, and the carpets were visibly stained, making the environment feel unclean and uncomfortable. Our bathroom door handle was broken, and although we were told maintenance would return after hours to fix both the issue and address the smell, nothing was resolved. The lack of follow-through was frustrating. On top of that, the customer service especially from a staff member named Hailey was very...

"It was very crowded on Saturday so it made the property: like pool areas, a little bit dirty than I expected. Overall was good though, I got to enjoy the pools and beach more on Sunday and the coffee and breakfast from the cafe was yummy. "

"Watching the sun rise every morning and hearing the waves crash at night was a gift. Very clean. Staff friendly. Beach access incredible. Many restaurants nearby to walk to. Beds are very firm - a thicker mattress pad would help that. Pillows were not in the best shape. We bought pillows from Walmart. Pool area is lovely but the daily afternoon music from the poolside tiki bar was extremely unenjoyable loud. We still had a nice time all in all. "

"It's a older hotel, but the property was pretty clean. Great ocean view, I don't swim but the pool was closed and the water in there was dirty so for those who want to utilize the pool just call ahead to see whether it's open or not. The property next door management told me put those who want to utilize the pool and jacuzzi they could use theirs. The bathroom had plenty of towels the only downsize is it needed grab bars around the tub/shower. The water was 'extremely hot' so be careful."

"I loved this location and hotel. The room was very spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. There is a small outdoor pool and a small workout room. You can walk to the Cook Out right next door. I will definitely be back "

"Room disgusting. Holes in sofa, Filthy kitchen table , rust light fixtures, dirty bed horrible!! I’ve stayed here a few times in the past but this property went down tremendously. Old and unkept!!"
