"The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the hotel is in an excellent location, close to the main attractions and within walking distance of almost everything. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, while the hotel itself is in a quiet area. A nice touch was the complimentary cold water, tea, apples, and candies near the reception area."

"A grand and luxurious feeling room right in the heart of everything. The staff was super helpful and the beds were exactly what we needed after a long day of wandering the beautiful streets of Vienna. My only critique is that the room seemed to have odd creeks and noises that pulled us from a sound sleep. Bring earplugs and everything is perfect."

"The set up of the room was not convenient for my husband and my 8 year old son. There was barely any room to move around because the sleeper bed was used by my son. I had to get up to shower earlier than my family and because there is no separate wall for the shower, I woke up everyone from the noise plus I could not figure how to turn off the mirror light so we had to shut off the master switch which turned off all the lights. So. needless to say, my son could not get up during the night to use...
