"Amazing hotel and staff. Pedro picked us up from the Interlaken OST and also dropped us off. That was the first impression of knowing how the experience will go. It is very nicely located property. Right outside is the harder Klum train station. Property doesn’t have Air Conditioning, but that’s the case at 85% properties in Switzerland. Overall great staff and an amazing service. Will come back to stay again at this property for sure."

"Beautiful and grand hotel, spacious room, great views, best breakfast I have ever had in luxurious hotels. Great location about 10 - 15 minutes walk to the main train station. Love this hotel and definitely will return when we are in Interlaken again"

"Location location location .. The hotel was situated in d perfect spot in interlaken .. Just few mins walk from Interlaken ost station and few mins walk to all Restos around there..was perfect for us... Room was very good and the staffs were really helpful.. I highly recommend this and would def go back"
