"On our first day, our room was not cleaned at all. On the second day, the cleaning staff only changed the sheets and left towels, but did not clean the bathroom - the trash bin was not emptied and there was trash on the floor. Our used tea cups and mugs were also not changed. When we raised this at the front desk, one staff member told us we could send an email to complain, but we were never given any further information on how to do so. "Very clean and convenient. A little strange that I had to give my license plate number as they have a private park ing ticketing company given parking tickets out. I guess it's a way to make money off guest if they forget to punch in. Stayed in Hotels all over the world, but never seen this tourist trap before."

"I absolutely loved staying here and my 11 & 12 Yr olds were excited as well. My daughter literally didn't want to leave. The room was clean, smelled clean and lots of towels. Brilliant staff, very helpful and friendly. Free WiFi is definitely a bonus. And parking is reduced by half compared to parking on roads. We enjoyed having our breakfast at the hotel and I especially had three cups of plain lemon tea, which was Amazing. 100% recommended."
