"The hotel it's beautiful but the staff from reception let it down, the gentleman make us feel more like arriving to a precint asking us for the identification and credit card. No giving us a warm welcome. Then, he gave us the last room (disabled room i might add). But the staff from the restaurant at breakfast, they were so helpful. "Great 70s style hotel, but with the choice of a modern or more classic hotel room. 5 mins walk from milan's green subway line, but it is near the end of the line. About 45 minutes to get to city centre, even by taxi. Room is very modern and well equipped, even the mini bar. Shower is spacious and AC worked well even in the heat wave"

Parcheggio interno non custodito che alla sera può risultare completo obbligando a parcheggiare a pagamento se si vuole lasciare vicino all'hotel o rimane esternamente gratuito nei pressi del centro commerciale ( 200 metri a piedi). Unico neo hotel scelto per la possibilità della ricarica elettrica ma prezzi proibitivi ( 12 euro di parcheggio più costo ricarica 0,90 cent a kw)."
