"We stayed 2 separate nights, a Sunday and a Wednesday. On Sunday, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking out on Monday morning was different. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no one was available. On Sunday, 1 restaurant was closed.
On Wednesday, 3 restaurants were "temporarily" closed and 1 was closed for a special event. Our choices were then Claim Jumper, Saltgrass or Cadillac. None of which we were thrilled about. Having been in the pool service industry for 25 years, I could tell the pool chemistry was off just by the quality of the water view. I understand such large volume is hard to maintain, but for the price of the room, I would expect better. I did not use the pool for that reason."
