"The front desk staff is wonderful, particularly Shawn who carried my two heavy suitcases all the way to my room, and Cian who fetched two water bottles for us as we were leaving because we’d slept through breakfast and my daughter was thirsty. But backtracking to “carried my two heavy suitcases” for a moment, it was necessary because the property has no lift (elevator) but it does have a central staircase and then there were a couple of other smaller staircases on the way to our room.
