"This place was an absolutely wonderful find! Its location right off the motorway is incredibly convenient, and it’s a quick drive to Waterford.
We were a family of four (with an infant) and were delighted to be allowed to check-in early as our room was ready. The room itself far exceeded my expectations; it was cleaner and newer than many dedicated hotels I’ve stayed in. The bathroom was spotless and modern, with excellent hot water and strong water pressure.

"Upon arrival, we were sent to a room without power and a leak in the bathroom. The stafd had shut off the power because of the leak so they knew about it but put us in the room anyways. When we were moved, they provided us with a free drink voucher which was nice but when we tried to use it to order a pint, they only brought us a half pint.
When eating at their restaurant, their cesaer salad included carrots which I am allergic to. This was not listed under the allergens or in the menu...

"The room was lovely, and the staff were great. When we arrived, two beautiful dogs were waiting at the hotel door. It was therapeutic after a long day of travelling overseas. The hotel is beautiful, and I especially enjoyed having a drink or two at Tupper's Bar. Will be staying here again the next time I'm in Kilkenny."
