We had a king sized room on the second floor. Comfortable bed. Amazing views of the lake plus it was lovely to have a balcony with outside seating. It was easy to control the heating. Good self service breakfast.

Started off under par but we complained about our room that overlooked the car park and had a noisy family next door we was immediately upgraded to a suite facing the golf course with a patio which we enjoyed coffee in morning and free drinks in the mini bar! Urban Hotel Grantham
Parking was fine as the car park was almost empty, restaurant was closed and not likely to open any time soon. Bar was open but it only served bottled beer and it was £5 a bottle. Room and en suite was ok but a bit unloved. I had to go out to eat which was a pain as I really didn’t know the area ...

Clean, had everything we needed and more. Beds are a little on the small side (in length as well) and rock solid.
