The room was clean and the staff were friendly, so there were no problems with the stay, but parking was on a first-come, first-served basis, so when it was full guests had to use a nearby paid parking lot.

男性の中背中肉の男性の対応が最悪です。こちらが話しかけてもシカトされます。 電話でも同じような対応です。 こちらが何か悪いことをしたのかなと嫌悪感まであります。 また、立地は悪いです。 毎回タクシーで市街地に出なければならないのですが、タクシーが捕まらないことが多いのと、街へ出るだけで毎回500円のタクシー代がかかります。 コンビニも近くにはありません。

飛行機が遅れたため、22時半のチェックインとなったが、スムーズにできた。荷物を事前に送っていたものも、受け取ることができた。石垣島の交通機関を考えてると、空港から遠く、不便さはあるものの、遠くからでも建物が目立ち、迷うことなく行くことができた。 部屋自体はゆったりしていて、よかった。化粧水などはフロントから持っていくシステムだったが、夜遅かったせいか、もうなかった。
