"The fist look may be disappointing, but once you realize this is a 19th century building you'll be amazed how well it looks inside. While we were there they were working on refreshing the exterior. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast not included, but since you're in the middle of now, it's a good idea to buy it. They have a continental buffet plus cooked options on demand. "A busy local pub with simple clean basic rooms, ‘Hotel’ is a bit rich. Overwhelmed by tourism on. Friday night with a heaving bar, live music and constant stream of people looking for supper, it’s heroic staff were great. As a resident I was found a very late sitting supper which was expensive and of modest quality. The rooms have cardboard walls. Breakfast was well served but again very modest, no fresh fruit, yoghourt one waitress. Clean, good staff, but poor value for money"

"We stayed in the garden suite and had a lovely stay for 2 nights. The room was spacious, the mattress was comfortable and the water pressure was great. The provided breakfast was minimal, but was a nice touch.
We found the price a bit high for what we got (although, the price was far more reasonable compared to many hotels on the Isle of Skye) and the location was a bit far and remote, so we had to do additional driving to get to sites/restaurants, etc."

"Mayanne was very friendly and very attentive. Access to the property (through the lot of the adjacent gas station) and parking were tight, but workable.
