Checked in and got to my room on the fourth floor which the whole floor in desperate needs of renovations but my room was not ready and filthy, went back down and requested a different room and this time was the third floor and was not ready and in terrible condition and that when I asked the front desk helper to get up and take me to the wright room and make sure its ready, the breakfast buffet is ok and runs by amateurs and no supervision, the hotel caters to local sport teams 21 and younger so you can imagine the conditions of rooms when they leave! The only bright spot is the hotel sits looking over the lake on the Suez Canal, looks really beautiful but hard to believe the reviews of 5 stars and ignoring the obvious.

A Gem in Ismailia

What a great location and wonderful service. I believe my room was freshly renovated as everything seemed brand new. I did extensive walk throughout the area, which was very clean, tons of football (soccer) going on, and lots to see.

It was a great place to stay. This hotel was clean, and the staff was super helpful. No problem with internet access in rooms or in public areas. I had the chance to stay in a villa as well as a standard room. I would recommend the villa.

The hotel location is fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is OK. Balcony needs cleaning. Amenities are not those of a four-star hotel! Breakfast buffet serves the basics only! A lot of items are missing. Overall rating would be 7/10.

The room was very clean and the hotel was well maintained overall. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout the stay. They made us feel welcome and were always quick to help with anything we needed. The atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant, and everything was organized and worked as expected. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again

Not worth the money-rude staff

Honestly, this place is not worth the money. Everyone at the hotel except the doorman is extremely rude. They don't try to help their guests. While I was eating dinner they asked me if I paid for my dinner, after it was confirmed that the dinner was complimentary from the hotel due to some of the issues between hotels.com and the hotel. Lemis is extremely rude when it comes to dealing with guests; her response to almost everything was "not our responsibility." This hotel nevertheless has comfortable rooms, so if you need to stay in Ismailia it would be your only option.

Super clean, fantastic view. Nice garden and pool area. Only complain is that some power cuts led us to use the stairways (instead of the elevator) which was really dusty. Unfortunately, it was not allowed to swim in the water at the beach.
