"Che dire ECCEZIONALE! La struttura è bellissima di gran classe, noi abbiamo soggiornato nella junior suite che con la vasca idromassaggio è veramente uno spettacolo. Il punto forte è la possibilità di prenotare la zona SPA privatamente per un'ora, in alternativa si può usufruire della zona piscina che è top! Colazione ottima, di qualità e servita in un'area molto bella, che poi è la stessa che viene usata la sera per chi vuole cenare e anche qui la qualità della cena è da 5 stelle. Infine...

"Very good location. Very clean. Nearby free parking. Breakfast was just okay. Too much unnecessary clutter and perfumery airfreshner smell in room in my opioion. Seemed totally unnecessary as rooms were spotlessly clean. Luggage rack in room would be helpful. Would definitely recommend. "

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and it was defiantly service with a smile. Excellent value for money and we would certainly stay again when we revisit the area."

"The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance downhill from Piazza Garibaldi (the entry to the main pedestrian zone of Cortona). However, parking is on-street nearby and arriving on a fine Saturday afternoon, it was challenging to find a space. I had to park in a paid space located a distance away for check-in, and only managed to find a free spot later when the day tourists had left. La signora Paola gentilissima e disponibilissima ci ha viziato a colazione con dolci fatti in casa semplicemente deliziosi... attendiamo ancora la ricetta😉! "Our visit was like being spoiled from the moment we arrived! The staff and even the owner were there to make sure we had everything we needed! Though our visit was in the off season, the only thing we didn't get to use was the pool as it was just too cold. The breakfast, though, was the best we have ever had while traveling! "Hotel nel centro di Passignano sul Trasimeno. L'hotel è a bordo lago e sul versante interno confina con la strada principale, il che rende le camere di quel lato più rumorose per via del traffico. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. L'hotel è dotato di un parcheggio gratuito attiguo alla struttura. Ottima colazione continentale."

"Beautiful, seculded hilltop estate with great view and beautiful grounds. Nice pool. Hosts were warm and inviting and dinner of regional cuisine was good. Rooms are large and relatively sparse with minimal amenities, and beware there is no A/C. Breakfast was simple. They produce award winning olive oil available for purchase."
