"The hotel was nicely located in downtown, easy walking distance to Pike's Market, even with kids. The staff were able to check us in early, which was great. The room was on the small/tight side for 2 adults and 2 kids. One of the 2 elevators was not working, which made for longer waits to go up and down. The ice maker on our floor was also not working. The hotel does not have much for amenities. We were traveling with some other families and there wasn't much area to hang out - the lobby was quite small and the only on-site restaurant/bar closed mid-afternoon. The breakfast in the morning at their restaurant was very good."
