"Yes, Shannon and I stayed at the Hyatt Seattle. It was beautiful hotels clean fresh so nice Modern. Everything was good. The staff was unbelievable. We even had a gentleman named Kevin that came up because I burnt my hand before I left for Seattle on the oven at home and the skin came off and he took care of us brought us stuff brought up a big medical kit sat on the bed and keep me all up. You guys are the best and we will be back bye-bye."

"Definitely a nice place to sleep. Good food and service at the bar area.. the homeless in the area didnt bother me as I valet my car and I didn't have to deal with anything outside the hotel."

"Overall, my stay was neither great nor bad—it was okay for the price. However, as a woman who often travels solo, I do think the location and security are worth mentioning. The hotel is surrounded by several homeless encampments, and as someone unfamiliar with Seattle, it was difficult to know which areas felt safe to walk through, especially alone. Because of that, I personally would not consider the location very walkable and would plan to Uber in and out. The hotel mentioned having 24/7 security, although I never actually saw security personnel during my stay. I also noticed that the elevator did not require a guest key card to access the guest floors, which is an additional security measure I always appreciate when traveling, particularly by myself. Aside from those concerns, the stay itself was fine. The room and property were adequate for the price, and most of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful."

"The room wasn’t entirely clean- there were hairs in the bedding and shower, and the fridge was full from the previous occupants. It’s a big gross to have to use ice that others have touched, or microwaves others have put their food in. Additionally, you should make it more clear that payment is required the night BEFORE you check in"

"This was a lovely CitizenM. If you're not familiar with the brand, I'll tell you why I choose it whenever it's available where I travel. The beds are king-size, and the rooms are dead quiet. I sleep best in silence and darkness. The coffee is excellent, and there is breakfast available if you want it. Every staff member was delightful. The Seattle Pioneer Square location is perfect if you want to explore downtown Seattle. Convenient walk to the beautiful waterfront, as well as an easy walk to or from the metro station. We rode in from the airport on the train, which was easy. We also took Lyft around town to get to events we were attending. We rarely waited more than 3 minutes for a car. This location is fantastic."
