"Given the facility is under renovation (as it should be because it is an older, well-worn hotel). Our room was clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is okay…nothing to write home about. We lost hot shower water the next morning about 8:30 AM. The hotel prices in the surrounding SeaTac area are very expensive so this facility offers a good, clean hotel with a moderate quality breakfast for a reasonable rate."

"Loved the location. Very walkable to the Space Needle, downtown, the market and multiple restaurants. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and great size. Beds were hard and had to ask for bedding, pillows and extra towels. Registered as a family of five, but only enough stuff for three people in the room. Would have been nice if it had a pool. "
