"The property was located near the town square in Tervuren. Room was nice size however it was very hot. There were not climate controls for the summer heat just a small fan. We had to leave the windows open and the small street below was actually noisy. The front desk people were very nice, friendly and helpful. "We stayed 1-night. Hotel shuttle to airport comes every 30 min. Schedule changes depending on time of the year. Room was OK. Shower was a bit complicated to operate, but OK once we figured it out. Unfortunately there is no "Room Service" even though there is a "room service" button on the phone?! we had to go down to the restaurant to order the food and then bring it back up to our room."
