"I love this hotel and we always really enjoy staying in it. The staff are wonderful - friendly, polite, helpful. Rado in particular was super nice. The rooms are clean and spacious, the facilities as well. The only drawback I’d say is the pool - it’s not very clean and the jets inside it don’t work. The rest of the spa is ok. I think this is an easy fix though so I’d recommend they fix these issues. Other than that, it’s always perfect. "

"Front desk was very helpful on directions to local sites & calling taxis. Room was good for a couple of nights. A continental breakfast is included & there was more choices than I would have expected. There is also an onsite res't for dinner, which we had one night. The service was very good & so was the food & the proportions were large. A 10-20 minute walk to attractions. "

"Lovely little hotel situated in a quiet street 3 minutes away from all the activity of Sofia. Very pleasant reception manager wo was also very helpful. Excellent rooms for the price, roomy and air-con. Breakfast only average but considering the price still very good value for money"
