The walls are just way too thin! The next door guests have bothered me for 2 days/nights with their loud voices, fighting, crying and so on. So, it has not been a very relaxing or peaceful stay. I probably won’t stay here again.

Very pleased with stay
Very pleased with the service and overall requirements for the stay. Under an hour to get to the hotel from Istanbul Airport and plenty of transport options nearby to get around the city.

Good rate, good bed and the bathroom was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was that the carpet was stained in several places and even though I request a non smoking room, the room smelled like someone smoke there previously. I know that in Turkey everybody smokes anywhere, and new rules of no smoking in restaurants or closed places sometimes are not enforced like in Europe or US. But it would be nice that they enforce that rule at least in the hotels.

Polite staff but non English speakers
The manager and the staff are very professional and very respectful. When I’ve asked the manager about places to go in Istanbul, she wrote for me some places and how to go there by public transports. Breakfast is very nice and clean. However, the person who maintain the hotel is very slow and don’t act as professional as the staff, he comes late have to call for him to come at least 4, 5 times to fix the tv as it wasn’t working, and when he came and said I fixed it, the tv didn’t work still. His face make you fell he don’t like his job. Also, most of the staff are non English speakers and that’s make it difficult when you call them and wanted something to be done or delivered for you. The hotel doesn’t keep any tourist brochures, which is unusual for me. The hotel is 95% clean I would give it a 3 and a half stars.

Dont reccomend
Its in a very bad location but its not important to me . What botheres is that i found a fly in my breakfast but none of staff cared a little ! No explanations no apologies, i think it was normal to them . And during cleaning at first day we lost some items , im not saying someone stole but i searched everywhere still didnt find . Rooms are acceptable

Tesis temiz ve kahvaltı çeşidi itibariyle konaklama açısından tercih edilebilir. Ancak duvarlardan çok ses geçiriyor. Yan oda TV dinlese ses odanızda. Biz o konuda ilk gün gece 03.00 hala uyuyamamıştık. Yan odada birde çocuklu aile denk gelirse vay halinize. Neyse ki resepsiyondan yardımcı oldular da 2nci ve 3ncü gecemizi huzurlu ve sakin geçirip uyuyabildik

Otel ulaşım olarak güzel bir noktada, hizmet olarak memnun kaldık. Kahvaltı ve oda temizliği güzeldi.Sadece son gün klima açılınca koku geldiğini fark ettik.

Das Hotel war sauber gewesen und hatte sehr nette Personal gehabt. Was besser gemacht werden muss, ist das Frühstück. Soviel Auswahl gab es nicht. Es gab immer das gleiche zu essen und zu trinken. Das Saft war immer das selbe und zu süß
