This property is not supposed to be listed online Expedia needs to take customers' reviews serious. This hotel's a pig room I have photos of all rooms there changed for me. I wish I could upload them during my reviews This hotel is more than terrible if you know another word worse than terrible that's what they are!!! All their rooms have a terrible smoke odour im Allergic to smoke I couldn't breathe to the point I had to move outside the property to stay just for me to breathe. All their rooms have bed bugs very terrible. Their shower room is horrible I couldn't shower throughout my stay because im afraid to be infected. I won't recommend anyone to this property. I am speechless I don't know why Expedia allow such horrible accommodation in their site im disappointed do not book this hotel

I would say that my stay was a bad experience. The staff didnt speak english at all except some of themwhere i could communicate with super basic english. Bcause of this i asked the hotel staff for a replacement fridge (it wasnt working at all) and they understood it 4 days later after alot of asking everyday so we basically had no cold water to drink. On top of that the ac wasnt working and the room was somehow hotter than the outside by alot. I woke up 3-4 times per night because of dehydration. It was literally a living hell

Considering the price we payed, it was an average hotel. The hotels were fairly clean and the location was pretty good considering it was just off the motorway connecting the main city. The local shops are very good and much less pricier than the main shops you find in Istanbul and you can get some really good things there. The food in the local restaurants are amazing. The only downfall to staying in the hotel was the fact that it was a 30km drive to the main city where all the attractions are. In short, you get what you pay for.

don't stay there...
worst hotel I had visited ever... the air conditioner doesn't work the lift was too old and lag most of the time the cleaning service was bad and even no breakfast while I had paid for it.

Need serious improvement.
Bad elevator, I had to use the stairs from the 7th floor down to the reception. Room intercom not working. The water in the bathroom was not working properly.

I have book 2 rooms to these hotel, but when I have arrived there they didn't have my rooms available. Finally they give me 2 rooms in wars conditions( ac no working, tv missing, furniture/fridge broken ...)

Il faut le vivre pour y croire
Des punaise de lit, mur moisie, notre premier chambre avait une fenêtre sans fermeture, on a eu une deuxième chambre avec une salle de bain qui fuié et très salle et moisie, la troisième chambre était infesté de punaise de lit et la quatrième chambre des trous dans le mur, fuite au plafond, le papier peint tombe tellement le mur est moisie, la moquer à 30 ans et rempli de taches, la climatisation et le réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionne que la nuit.
