"Parking is safe and free, on the property. Very good location for public transportation. Did not see casual dining options around the property, but there is a restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast was very good. Property was very clean. I'm sure the gardens are wonderful in the summer. The only complaint I have is that the pillows are terrible. Flat and hard. Please get new pillows. Otherwise, perfect. "

"Parking on the street and I was lucky to find an open space. Thought it was a hotel when booked but it’s more like a type of AirB&B apartment. Very inconvenient to get in and out with multiple keys and locks. There was a lady yelling in the early morning, could not understanding Italian so have no clue. Would not recommend it unless you have no place else to stay!"

Breakfasts were great with bartender ready to make us fresh cappuccinos. One day we weren't feeling well and they made sure we had food. "Arrived a little late in Milan due to delays, at reception we were told our room wasn’t on the site it was a two minute walk away, we were given a print out told to turn right walk past the supermarket and travel two minutes to block 5. Two minutes later no sight of block 5, we walked round for ages and decided to go back to reception to request a guide to the location only for it to be closed and no one there for advice. Eventually we found our room, nothing like the pictures in a run down...
