O hotel é bom mas não é um premium. Camas são muitos duras os travesseiros são ruins, todo dia quando era feito a limpeza o cheiro dos produtos eram muito desagradáveis. Café da manhã podia ser um pouco melhor para ser premium e o estacionamento não tem suficiente para todos os hóspedes tendo que ficar na rua ou num terreno na esquina.

Limpeza esta ok Localização ruim, longe da praia... 15 a 20 min caminhando Academia só as esteiras são boas, restante da academia muito fraco... apenas para dizer que tem. O mesmo do espaço kids... Café da manha deixa muito a desejar, em qualidade e variedade... ovos mal feitos... bolos sempre velhos, secos e duros... e 10hs em ponto ja começam a retirar tudo. Atendimento dos funcionários é o ponto forte, sempre educados e atenciosos. Não voltarei, apenas se for para dormir de passagem

Simplesmente horroroso, do Check In ao Check Out, tem Camping melhor na Região. Check In as 14:00 chegamos 14:50 e o Quarto não estava pronto, nos acomodaram aproximadamente as 15:50, qual a penalização pro Hotel? Se quero entrar antes, me cobram Early Check In. Entramos no Quarto, não tinham Toalhas no momento para entregar nos quartos. A partir dai seguimos com uma série de problemas, hotel tem mais apartamentos do que vagas de garagem, Café da Manhã onde não se pode pedir nada diferente, mesmo pagando, staff bem preguiçoso. Falta de papel higiênico em uma das diárias, cofre inoperante no quarto 710, piscando sem parar. Um verdadeiro horror…

A equipe foi educada. O restaurante que tem no hotel durante o jantar é maravilhoso e a equipe é excepcional. A reserva do quarto era para três pessoas, de acordo com o site acomodaria tranquilamente, mas infelizmente, na realidade, a cama auxiliar é minúscula e muito desconfortável, tivemos que dormir todos na mesma cama durante toda a estadia. Os quartos são pequenos, não havendo disponibilidade de quartos com mais de uma cama de casal. A limpeza deixou a desejar, tanto no banheiro como no quarto. No banheiro via-se que o limo estava lá a bastante tempo e em quase todas as partes e no chão do quarto ao andar de meia ou descalça, ficava marrom, foi possível observar que não passaram aspirador e/ou pano de chão. A localização é boa, o estacionamento é bem conveniente já que praticamente não há vagas por perto, a piscina é muito agradável e o café da manhã é bom.
