Basically it's a "get what you pay for" and less! In dire need of updating. Non smoking room with cigarette burn holes in the bedding. No continental breakfast available, no one even at the desk in the a.m. to inquire about coffee. Homeless people going through the dumpster, only 2 cars in the parking lot. Slept with the chair in front of my door because I didn't feel too safe!

The mattresses are super hard, I got no sleep and in the morning felt like I was run over by a truck. Not comfortable. The room was decent, we only stayed one night so we dealt with it fine. If they get softer beds I would consider staying here again.

Where do I begin when we arrived? let me preface this by saying I did not read reviews because it was a last-minute booking as a different one fell through. We were the only car in the whole parking lot (on a saturday) I then noticed immediately at least five homeless people with carts hanging around in and out of rooms, talking loudly and behind us at the motel office the person who literally greeted us was recording us on his phone through the window. Knowing we could not get a refund, we went inside and checked in very unfriendly didn’t say more than two words to us, went into our room, which was clean enough at first, but we found hair and stains on the towels and holes in the bedsheets, I thankfully did not find any bugs, that I could see unlike how the other reviews had mentioned. The paint was done, very splotchy a lot of holes in the walls and the bathroom door did not latch.We then went out for the rest of the evening came back, and thankfully, there was two other cars so we felt a little bit more secure we then went to lock the door, and the lock just spun and spun and spun. It did not lock and it was too late to go to the office so we had to sleep in this ferry unfortunate area with no lock on our door. The free breakfast was nowhere to be found and about a pound of cereal was all over the floor very disappointed on our stay. I wish we could have gotten a refund. We did not feel safe or comfortable. please do not stay here.

Bathtub in the room was peeling and in disrepair, though functional for showers. Breakfast area near the front desk was dirty and poorly stocked on Sunday; on Monday there was no breakfast and we were told it was only available on weekends, which was not how it was advertised. To my knowledge there was no pool.

Absolutely Horrible Experience — Avoid at All Costs This was, without question, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room had a terrible odor the moment I walked in. The bathtub was covered in yellow stains — completely unusable. The TV didn’t work, and even the toilet paper looked like it had been previously wet and then reused. The furniture was old, scratched, and broken. The property itself is in awful condition — even the driveway at the entrance is cracked and crumbling. It’s clear that the owners have completely neglected this place. They should be embarrassed. Do not stay here under any circumstances. This hotel should be condemned. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Pulling in right away you see drug dealing going a ton of people hanging out its like a party there.people yelling and arguing people have there doors open like its a big party.place from the check in to are room very dirty.we felt very unsafe there we gave up are 125.00 and we drove back home after the concert we went to see.i have in my 50 years of going to hotels never seen a place like this befor.do not go there unless you don.t care about your safety.the owners are convinced there is nothing to worry about if they don.t see what all the other people see then that tells you whats going on over there.see all the other reviews they all say the same thing and worse.will try to get my money back going through paly pal and will be contacting the town asking why they are in business.

The bathroom had two used washcloths in the shower. There were people arguing all night long, calling eachother crackheads, swearing. I would stay somewhere else if i were you.

Worst Hotel Ever!

This property had shady characters everywhere. People outside their doors, sitting on the sidewalks and streets. It was terrifying. We did not stay and the desk person would not refund me. Stay far far away!

I will be reporting this hotel to the county health department. I checked into room 106, and upon inspection, found a cockroach on the curtains. I only have a video recording of the roach, but Hotel.com doesn’t seem to allow video upload in reviews. Immediately, we called the front desk to inform them, and a man stated they would send someone to the room to check it out. About ten minutes later, the front desk called back, and a woman requested that we come to the office so they can give us a different room. We denied this solution, as one roach is often a sign of more, and we requested a refund, to which they denied. I informed them I will dispute the charge immediately, and would be checking out. As my friend and I packed the car, two male employees stood outside the office and watched us the whole time. I’m currently disputing the charge, because aside from the cockroach, the grime and stains we found on the walls, light fixtures and cigarette burns on the comforter is unacceptable. This place is unsanitary, uncomfortable, and unhelpful to their guests. I reached out to Hotels.com to seek support for a refund, however I received an email stating they could do nothing, only offer me $25.
