We booked at Red Roof InnCortland because they were pet friendly. When we got there , they had overbooked and had moved us to their extended stay which was next door. I was anxious because we had our dog with us , but the staff assured us it was no problem. They were helpful with other issues too , calm and “ it’s no problem “. The room was very clean and quiet. And I slept like a log . Very impressed

The hotel was quiet, clean and well air conditioned. It's not a fancy hotel but it was all anyone might need for a one or two night stay. It's as advertised and I would stay again.

A/C was icy cold, but that’s a plus given that we were in the last throes of a major heat wave. The premises looked to be from the late ‘70s to early ‘80s and are showing it. Given that, a solid and more than tolerable one-night stay over.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were easy. The room was clean, the AC worked well, and the beds were decently comfortable. The bathroom was outdated and the shower head needed replaced, but this was a fine place to stay last minute.

Never use Expedia. The hotel was probably fine...I wouldn't know. I made a mistake while booking this room...the date was wrong. I do maintain that the website reverted to a date I had entered previously, but thought I had successfully changed. When I called to ask for the right date, Expedia dismissed me as though they had NO responsibility to help me. I will forever warn people against Expedia!

The bed was very “springy” and I could feel them in by back. Maybe upgrade or add toppers to the mattresses would definitely help people. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Easy parking right at hotel, staff was wonderful, clean for what we paid. For a place to sleep, this place works just fine, was it immaculate and extremely well kept? No, but for the price it was a great spot to stop for the night. Pillows were awful though, so bring your own.

It was a nice stay. Rooms are clean but you have no house cleaning while you're there so you get no clean towels your garbage isn't empty. I just happen to see the cleaner in the hallway and ask for clean towels got my own garbage bags and empty my garbage so we could put more garbage in there but other than that it was a nice stay
