"Obsolutely over and above fantastic hosts with great ameneties like a local shuttle to downtown and a rack to dry your snowboarding gear. We would absolutely stay again. The hosts were beyond compare!"

"Water noise from the bathroom, unbearable difficulty sleeping. Unable to use the hotel bar or kitchen after 9pm, very strict on the time, at breakfast you were told at 9-50 that you needed to leave at 10, only seemed to apply to non Japanese customers, they stayed for as long as they wanted. Other than that staff were friendly."
