Good but no control over temperature in room.

It was overall good. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable however we learned the second night that we could not control our own temperature in the room despite having the control unit. The representative had to call down to another area to lower our temperature. In the night we wished to increase it a bit and again it was not within our control. The breakfast made up for the room temperature.

The hotel is good in general. However, there exist only limited parking spots in the property and the fridge in the room was not working properly. One final drawback is that the mattress is hard (even for me although I sleep in a hard mattress)

Péssimo hotel Me constrangeram no café da manhã mesmo estando incluso na diária Não limparam o quarto por 2 dias seguidos e o staff do hotel segue agindo de forma mentirosa dizendo que foi culpa minha por não colocar a indicação correta na porta. Cobram caro, prestam um serviço péssimo e ainda colocam a culpa no cliente. Não recomendo
