"I arrived at 3:00am after travelling all day, I'm sure if they gave me a closet I would have been happy. Instead I got a room that likely could have slept five (including the nice living room). AC that was cold, which was what I was looking for. And a reasonably comfy bed. I recall thinking that the toiletries seemed to be plentiful and of quality. They staff had great english, which for a long travel day I am not sure I can say the same about myself. My only mistake was not asking for a late check-out. Otherwise for a place to rest between places I couldn't have asked for more."

"Staff very helpful and welcoming. Location excellent. Short 1 min walk to the water side restaurants and 5 mins to the Grand Bazaar. Room OK - AC very good. Pillows were a complete disaster."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel was super clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the location was absolutely amazing. Everything was convenient and made our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!"

"Location is very close to alsancak train station, perfect for traveling around. We checked in around 12 without any problems. The room was nice, clean and useful. The room was cleaned daily. Thanks to staff members Birgul hanım and the other ladies for their care. One thing about the room is the amenities could be better. There were no toilet brush (tuvalet fırçası) in the bathroom; which is weird for a hotel in TR."
