"I had stayed in this hotel one week earlier on my way to Florida and I left the charger for my electric toothbrush. When I returned on my way back to Virginia I found out that the maid had turned it in to the front desk. It was an insignificant piece of equipment but it was nice that they held it for my return. The front desk clerk and the maid were very helpful in making me feel welcome. The clerk that works the front office in the morning was also on top of everything. She kept the coffee...

"We stayed here for one night and let me just say we will not be returning. The first room we were given, was so hot and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Luckily, the gentleman at the front desk moved us to another room. The AC in that room was much better, but the room was absolutely disgusting. Cleaning is not their strong suit!!
