"Never got there due to death in the family. They advertise a cancelation policy BUT they don't do refunds I'm a very disappointed disabled veteran with 22 years of service. From this point I will not use the site, I will contact the hotel, no middle man"

"There was construction that we were not made aware of prior to booking the room. Both TV remotes did not work - bad batteries. They could only find one set of batteries those batteries lasted about an hour. The tub does not have any slip guards."

"There was no air conditioning on the first floor with industrial fans blowing hot air around the corridors. I give the front staff kudos for working under those conditions. There was air conditioning on the upper floors but you could feel the heat rising up the elevator shafts. My room had a king bed with sheets the did not look altogether clean on one side so I kept to the other side. The room was large but looked weird with furniture only taking up 1/3 of the room. The other side held a floor...
