"Incredible trip. The ocean view was spectacular. The deluxe room better then expected and so very clean. Called down to desk twice and they were so helpful. Breakfast was amazing ! Get the breakfast!"

"Lets start with staff!! Ms. Daphne is what I call a stellar, top tier employee!! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was welcomed and greeted with a smile and an energy that et me know I chose the right hotel! She was knowledgable about the hotel, and the area and was accommodating with every request! KEEP HER, She is the first and number one reason that whenever I return to Jacksonville, I will stay here at Element by Marriot!! The room was immaculate! Lobby, elevators hallway and THE ROOM!!! Whew! I LOVED LOVED LOVED my room/suite Breakfast was dee-lish-shuss!!!! Shout out to the staff that prepared and displayed to food items! I did not have a vehicle but it was uber friendly, easy peezy, I was minutes from the ocean and the view from my bedroom gave me the grace to wake up to a sunrise and ocean view! The area surrounding made it easy to get anything you may have needed. Overall the location the accommodations and of Ms. Daphne made this property THE GO TO place to stay in Jacksonville and I will spread the word!! Touche' Planning my return NOW!! LOL Tondra K. "I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! I’m probably going to stay here every time I go to Jacksonville, honestly. Walking distance to the beach, cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Excellent hot water, comfy bed, frosty air conditioning. The small pool area is super cute and great to relax at. Walking distance to convenience shops and great restaurants. Front desk staff is lovely. 10000/10. :)"
