"The floor in my room was not mopped,I stayed for 4 nights and during that time my room was not serviced at all during my stay.My trashed was not change,no new sheets on the bed.And toiletrees were not stocked.Floor was not mopped.For the priced I paid, I would imagine that would have a clean and proper stocked amenities in my room.Very disappointed!!!"

"I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. "

"I’ll never stay again at this property. This property was loud. It had smokers who didn’t mind smoking cigarettes and weed all through the third floor. The check-in at check-in front desk agent made this loud announcement to everybody in the lobby so she wouldn’t have to repeat herself. it was just felt like we were being herded into the lobby. "It was my birthday weekend & I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The location is super convenient and made getting around really easy. The hotel itself has a modern feel, and the room setup was clean, stylish, and comfortable. I especially loved the walk-in shower—it definitely added a nice touch.
Free parking was a huge plus, and the bar and lobby area were both really nice spots to relax and unwind. The atmosphere felt welcoming and well put together.
