Good service from staff, modern design, good breakfast selection, comfortable bed. Carpet seemed dirty, not much light in the rooms, not much noise protection between rooms, no weight bench in fitness room to be able to use weight set.

Friendly staff and very nice place

This was a our first time staying at this hotel and we were very pleased. The staff at check-in were super friendly. The room was clean and nice. Great location for our purposes. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

I loved everything about the property. My only complaint is that the one bedroom suite didn’t have a pullout sofa. I used to work for Marriott and that is very unusual for a Residence Inn. I guess it’s all about making extra money with the roll away beds.

This property is fantastic! Great location, clean and spacious rooms, and even better staff! I had a great interaction with Charlie upon check-in - and was always greeted with a smile from any other front-desk attendant while entering/leaving the hotel. The location is right in the midst between downtown Jax & St Augustine, and it’s surrounded by restaurants and a few shops. The room itself was clean and had plenty of space.

We were on the ground floor just passed the lobby. In the morning for about half an hour we got to hear the cleaning crew in the laundry room, it was like they were in our room. If we had a quieter location it the stay would have been much more pleasant.

The property was very clean, breakfast had a nice variety. The staff was less than helpful, did not welcome guests, I asked for towels several times before receiving them, but the used towels were never removed. The signage indicated a refresh every two days, it was actually seven days.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was wonderful., consistently kept the room clean. Bar could be better (Not opened on the weekend). Pool was closed. The pull out couch was damaged and could not be used.

Loved the layout of the room and kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Definitely more of a residence then just a hotel room. Easy to find and close to highway. Staff was very pleasant. Condition of hotel was very nice and clean. Mattress could be better but didn’t lose any sleep over it. Pillows were perfect though. Nice amenities. Breakfast was ok. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to others. Would love if bathroom had magnifying makeup mirror in future.
